1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the ShopLoop Shopify App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ShopLoop is an automated customer retention and win-back email tool designed exclusively for the Shopify platform.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

The App requires a monthly subscription fee, which is billed directly through the Shopify Billing API. By approving the subscription charge within the Shopify Admin, you agree to the recurring monthly fee. You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store, which will immediately halt future billing.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring the marketing emails sent through ShopLoop comply with all local laws and regulations regarding commercial email (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Maintaining the accuracy of your store's sender reputation and email address.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ShopLoop, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
