1. Information We Collect

When you install the ShopLoop app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Store Information: We collect your shop domain (`.myshopify.com` URL), store email, and store name to identify your account.
• Customer & Order Data: We request access to read customer purchase histories solely for the purpose of identifying churning customers and triggering win-back campaigns on your behalf

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Provide and operate the ShopLoop application.
• Monitor customer purchasing patterns to trigger automated email campaigns.
• Process subscription billing through Shopify's native Billing API.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your customers' personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., sharing email data with our email delivery provider, Resend, to send the campaigns).

4. Data Retention

We retain your store and customer data only for as long as you have the ShopLoop app installed. If you uninstall the app, we will purge your data within 48 hours in compliance with Shopify's mandatory webhooks.
