How does ShopLoop calculate churn?

ShopLoop analyzes your store's past 6 months of historical order data to automatically calculate an "Average Inter-Purchase Time" (AIT) for each individual customer. When a customer goes past their expected re-purchasing window by a certain threshold, they are flagged as "At Risk."

When do customers receive win-back emails?

As soon as a customer surpasses their individual churn threshold, our system automatically dispatches an intelligent win-back email. We check customer statuses daily to ensure timely delivery.

How do I connect my own email sender domain?

You can enter your preferred "From Address" during the onboarding process. Right now, emails are sent via our verified ShopLoop delivery infrastructure for maximum deliverability, but reply-tos will go directly to the address you specify.

What happens if I uninstall the app?

Upon uninstallation, all customer data, purchase histories, and store configurations are permanently deleted from our servers within 48 hours to ensure full GDPR/CCPA compliance.
